I also suffered from anxiety, trauma, procrastination, emotional eating, OCD and numerous other crazy mental health issues as a result of my childhood. Traditional therapy and clinical psychology didn’t serve me or so many people I knew.
It left me searching for something more—something that truly worked. I found a unique and at the time relatively unknown style of hypnotherapy as well as NLP (neuro-lingusitic programming) and behaviour change coaching and they totally transformed my life and allowed me to help others to do the same.
That’s why I dedicated my life to integrating hypnotherapy, NLP, behavior change coaching, neuroscience, and advanced mind training into a system that could achieve rapid, lasting results.
I was determined to prove that this system could transform lives. First, I used it to change my own life, then I ran an ultra successful practice in London, then I was given my own Discovery Channel T.V series where I proved it to millions and then I taught my system to an exclusive group of people.
